You finish reading a compelling article about the health benefits of a particular item or food group, and vow to make changes, only to pick up another article that contradicts everything you just found yourself believing in. And I'm talking science-driven; material based on facts--it can make a person berserk.
I feel that each person should have a diet and self-care regimen that is tailored to their precise strengths and
desires, as well as the specific priorities in their life, in order to be successful.
I integrate modalities that support wellness and transformation, including Nutrition Coaching, Mindfulness and Energy Healing, for a stellar and vital you.

We'll pay attention to what you put in your mouth, and also what you put in your head (because that's just as important, but often overlooked). We'll check out your environment, because that plays a substantial part as well.
The way you eat and care for your body will be in alignment with the way you think and respond in a messy, lively, and vibrant world. We'll be strategic about your self-care, but also informal. Our plan of attack will be customized to your unique personality traits too. It'll be fun.

I'll teach you simple coping skills and tools that will make each day richer and bring ease and joy. It's accessible, holistic, grounded, clean, and focuses on clearing out our junk (we all have it) and to me, often presents similar qualities to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I feel behavior is learned, and can therefore be "unlearned." That's a pretty moving concept if you think about it. It means you have the power to shift in ways you haven't been able to imagine until now. I can help you imagine.
