On the Energy Healing Front:
In our work together you may notice shifts like the dissolution of depressive feelings, inactivity and stuck-ness. You begin making better choices that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Instead of reactions, responses emerge. You learn to recognize and properly handle (clear) emotional and food triggers. You feel peaceful and at ease when faced with uncertainty, and you enjoy today, not obsessing about where you want to be.
Sadness, fear, anxiety, loneliness and self-judgment are released. You move away from learned beliefs and behaviors that don’t serve you (perhaps you don’t even realize they are learned and take them as absolute!).
Negative, self-defeating thoughts shift into constructive, often positive (and real!) thoughts. You enjoy the relaxation, stress relief and sense of lightening that comes from releasing old stories and patterns.
You are evolving. You are learning what is yours and what is not yours (sometimes we unwittingly carry emotions for others). You get to root cause to instill lasting change.
You are more authentically you and feel whole. There is alignment between your intentions, actions and outcomes.
And so you might find you go from:

I integrate Mindfulness and Energy Healing with Nutrition Practice to remove the emotional patterns that negatively impact diet, fitness, and overall happiness.
On the Nutrition Front:
You may experience weight loss; a shift from heavy to lean. You look good.
Energy and stamina increase throughout your day; from start to finish. You look and feel younger, and see improvements in skin quality and appearance.
Mobility becomes less of an effort; more fluid, and joint pain can ease. You may be able to stop taking medications (Doctor supervised always*). You notice the capacity to make appropriate choices in diet and exercise, and stick with them (yeah!) because your emotions are in order.
When you feel better, you don’t want to comfort or stress eat. In my opinion, emotional eating is a surrender or giving in to negative beliefs about yourself; what those are can vary wildly. When that stops, so does emotional eating.
You learn real self-love and confidence.
Joyful movement (the term makes me chuckle, but I also love it!) is a regular part of your life. You look forward to and embrace exercise and all of the benefits that come in tow.
On the Mindfulness Front:
To me, Mindfulness is about three things. And it ties together the Energy Healing and Nutrition components gracefully. It's about:
:: Awareness of your self-talk and deep beliefs. These include beliefs about yourself and the world around you. How they impact you, and how you can change them are a big part of the principles I teach.
:: Being in the Present Moment. Things that support being in the present moment--like breath work, grounding, attention. Accepting and appreciating. Meditation.
:: Understanding that every moment holds a choice to do something different or new. Understanding that choosing to do nothing is a choice too.
